Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Behavior Lab Co app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian's permission, to use the Service.

Membership & billing

• Full access to the Service requires a monthly membership, billed in advance through our payment provider.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid cycle.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change; any change to your plan's price applies to future billing cycles after notice.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the app, or disrupt its operation.
• Share your account or resell access to the Service.
• Reproduce or redistribute the study content without permission.

Coaching sessions

If you book a coaching session, the fee is shown at checkout and charged as a one-time payment. Sessions are scheduled with your coach; rescheduling and cancellation are handled directly with them. Coach notes from your sessions may be recorded privately to guide your study.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and the study content we create are owned by The Behavior Lab Co and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your study data and notes remain yours. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own study while your membership is active.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Study content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee any exam result or certification. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example, payment and intellectual property) remain in effect.
